This Privacy Policy describes how Spectacles Teleprompter ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information.

1. Information We Access

To provide the teleprompter service, we use Google OAuth to request your permission to access your Google Slides presentations. We only request read-only access to your presentations. This permission is required solely to retrieve the slide thumbnails and speaker notes from the Google Slides presentation you select to display within the Lens.

2. How We Use and Store Your Information

Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.

No Data Storage: We do not save, store, copy, or share your Google Slides presentations or any content within them.

Session-Only Data: The information from your Google Slides is streamed directly to the Lens for display during your active session only. This data is ephemeral and is immediately discarded when you close the Lens or end your session.

No Server-Side Copies: No part of your presentation data ever touches or is stored on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services (Google)

Authentication is handled securely through Google OAuth. Your use of Google's services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy.
